1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased as part of a sale or clearance event may not be eligible for return, unless otherwise specified.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Final sale items or clearance products.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Underwear or intimate apparel, due to hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at ansley.ayres@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. You will receive a return authorization and further instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack your items in their original packaging. Be sure to include your order number and return authorization in the package.

  3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product quickly, and the original item can be refunded once it is returned.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ansley.ayres@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.

7. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees. Refunds will only cover the price of the item(s) returned, not any additional fees incurred during shipping.
